All around awesomeness!
The attention to detail by the friendly staff is apparent throughout the resort. We especially enjoyed our time at the Pelago restaurant, where the views were the best we experienced in Turks & Caicos, service from Firmane was terrific, and the food was delicious. Chef Abnel came to our table to discuss dietary questions - we were impressed with his effort to create pleasing dishes

If I could give it 10 stars
I cannot give enough stars for this resort! The location is perfect. They thought of everything. In the bathroom, there were plenty of hooks and towels, a double sink, rain and hand-held showers and bathrobes/slippers to use. The bed was comfortable, lots of closet and drawer space, and a big double sliding door for privacy. The living area had a huge TV , the kitchen was well equipped and even had a washer/dryer. The service was wonderful...full of kind, proactive, positive employees who made us feel welcome and well cared for.

The perfect getaway. Plenty of accommodations such as bicycles and non-motorized water crafts (kayaks and paddle boards), allowing for plenty of things to do. Their rooftop restaurant had a stunning view and the resort has a beautiful reef you can swim to every day. Their staff were super welcoming and helpful. You can literally text a butler to make dinner reservations for you! And their housemaids were on top of making sure our room was clean and refreshed when needed.
